In some children its normal to have solidified secretions in morning. Use a wet cloth to remove that. BUT in your case as it is one sided a congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction and congenital dacrocystitis need to be ruled out. Look for any swelling on the right upper side of nose. IF present give warm compress and massage. Its better u consult once to your local pediatrician or an ophthalmologist
