A vitreous haemorrhage at such a young age is uncommon. Are you suffering from any recent illness or did you suffer from trauma to the eyes or head? In any case you would require an ophthalmologist to have a detailed look at the retina of both your eyes before investigating you further. The treatment would depend on the ultimate cause of the haemorrhage the reasons for which are many.
