  4. Eye allergy. What could the allergy be?

Heaviness in the eyes, pain in 1 eye, there is water sometimes and there is a feeling of dirt in the eyes but it is not there, there is redness and stickiness but no discharge as such, what could the allergy be? Please help

The dirt like feeling might be due to developing cataract. And all other symptoms are suggestive of dryness .Please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily.

Hello Allergy is usually associated with itching. Heaviness, mild redness could be due to dryness. Having said that it is provisional diagnosis. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist
