Extremely pain in chest and arm

Asked for Female, 44 Years

I have extremely bad pain that shoots down my right arm every time I try to left and extend my arm forward. The pain will extend through the right pectoral region, under arm area and down my right arm. The pain easy rates a 9-10 on a pain scale from 1-10. Taking ibprophin slightly helps but the pain is still extremely intense. This is effectiving my work as well as my everyday life. What is wrong with it and what do I need to do to get this resolved beplease helpfore I loose my job or more?
