Extremely light bleeding after pill
My sister had sex without a condom on the fourth day of her period. On her fourth day she had very light bleeding and the blood colour had already changed to brownish. So she took an emergency pill within 72 hours. After 5 days from taking the pill she is having extremely light bleeding. Is that spotting? What should she do?

Your sister had sex during her periods. So she can't be pregnant at the time of intercourse or after the intercourse. She took emergency contraception within 72 hours of sex (it was not required) , and after 5 days of pills she had extremely light bleeding. She can't be pregnant . She should wait for the date of her next period. Only after that some treatment may be decided.

Do a urine pregnancy test. If negative, this is effects of the Ipill. Take an ocp like choice or Novelon then.
