  4. Extreme period. But much more tired.

I need to know if I should go to the dr or wait it out. My period is abnormally masive... seems like nothing will hold it for long. Doubling up with tampon and pad lasts about an hour before it all bleeds through. Along with many blood clots, most about the size of a half dollar. Normal period cramps but much more tired.
