Extreme pain and nausea during Periods
I'm facing severe periods pain and nausea for last 12 months or so. The pain is unbearable at times and I can't even move and I puke for like 10 times out of almost 20 per day in the starting. I can't eat anything as it gets puked in just a few minutes. Extreme back pain, cramps in stomach, pelvic, legs and back. My periods used to end in 3 days , now there's heavy flow for about 6 days and then spotting for about 3 to 4 days more.
Please tell me the possible cause and remedies for the same. Thank you!
