Extreme mood swings just before period

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Just before period i use to cry a lot for one or two day or i feel like crying for no reason or by remembering all small bad things in life. I want to control this (crying). i have observed this thing for more than 6 months now. this generally happens just a day before or on first day of period.
