Extreme lower back pain,extreme neck pai

I was in an automobile accident in April I have gone to the er 2 time and my phys. Once since then I have been having extreme migranes that make me non functionable,and my vision had been blury. I had lasix eye surgery 7 years ago and I need to find out what kind Dr. I nred to see.
