Extreme dizziness and 3 missed period
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my daughter for 2 years and 6 months. I had home pregnancy tests 3 times and all negatuve results. Now i experienced low blood pressure for the whole day and extreme dizziness.

You need to see a gynaecologist. Also, do a CBC. It's possible that you might be anemic.
