Extreme Chronic Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello,my friend is shying away to consult doctor about her health,yet she has consulted couple of times. She since her arrival of her first menstruation she had been into extreme beyond tolerance pain in the lower abdomen and all previous doctors presumed it to be normal mild pain but it isn't.
