I was suffering from external hemmoraids... Dey will come suddenly Afta a gap of 6 months year sometimes week as well... I was suggested by a physician to follow 5 days of cycle when ever I face this problem.. Those tablets are so helpful .. I need a relief for a while wen iam in office or meetings.. You need to take care of your diet and drink lots of water.
have a high fibre diet.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
you might need to undergo proctoscopy also.
