Exhale and inhale
Hi, Sometimes i feel i am not exhaling completely or exhaling time is short then inhaling. Is it normal, or i am giving too much focus breathing or some problem. This mostly happens when i come out of house in crowded places. Thanks

U should try inhalation and again try inhaling little more Then try sudden exhale and stop taking breath for 15 seconds Do it 15 times and u may feel better in crowded places
