Exercise resume after normal delivery
Hi doctor, Today I completed 40 days after my normal delivery. Can I resume the exercise now? Is jogging and elliptical training advisable? Or should I wait a few more days ? Thank you

It has to be a gradual building up of your exercise schedule. Start with a walk and then go to a brisk walk within 2-3 days. You should do only those exercises which you were doing before pregnancy.

You may start with normal walks and switch to brisk walk. Do take rest in between the walks and keep yourself hydrated
