Exercise for prediabetes
My father is 59 years old. His reports are showing prediabetes. Doctor said he can easily reverse it with modification in diet and by exercises. Could you please tell me what are the best exercises or yoga asans for it? His height is 5 feet 4 inches and weight is 64. PS- Recently he had lazor surgery for prostate enlargement and kidney stone. Please tell about exercises accordingly.

He should start doing walk and Pranayams as it  helps in improving circulation which is very important for diabetic patients Then after some basic cardio exercises would also help

start doing walking/jogging and light cardio exercises. while doing cardio exercise take care of your breathing. and walk for at least 30 minutes every day

He can start with basic cardio exercise. The best would be going for walks twice a day. Tell him to keep a target of completing 7k-10k steps every day. Diet is extremely important. He should avoid fried food and sweets. Tell him to start having lemon water 3 times a day or apple cider vinegar. Hope this helps
