Exercise during ovary stimulation
I am taking ivf treatment and the hmg, fsh and gh injections have started. Wanted to check if weight lifting exercises in the gym can be continued along with these injections?

Doing your regular exercises which you have been doing before, will not cause any problem in the fertility issue, but safe to discuss with your IVF specialist. In case you are doing vigourous exercise or gymming, or any other Axis, any other physical activity which may affect your hormonal balance and hence fertility
