Only one form of exercise can't give overall health. Balanced combination gives best results. For goal of being strong u must practice strength training or/ and calisthenics, which must start gradually with step by step progression. And for flexibility and endurance u can do yoga as well. Combined all in weekly plan.

If you start intense workout, either you continue it forever. If you simply want flexibility and strength then start with normal stretching and warm up..then proceed to jogging or running and with that stretching and strengthening exercises.
Next Steps
eat healthy and protein rich diet when you want to start exercising.
Health Tips
do not go intense suddenly, let your body get used to work out slowly otherwise you can get sore muscles and other problems

To be strong and flexible in addition to the exercises, you have to do some lifestyle related changes. Sit and work in an ergonomic manner as your tall height will give you challenges for the same. Take frequent breaks from sitting. Do stretching exercises through the day of you have a sedentary lifestyle.

Exercises need to started slowly and progressed slowly. Many times people start and fall off after the initial period as they have done too much too fast. Any habit change requires persistence of 4 to 6 weeks. After that it starts to become habit. As suggested earlier a mix is the best way. Yoga alone or calisthenics alone may not achieve holistic benefits. Weight training alone could increase muscle bulk without achieving proper flexibility. Better to consult a professional for the trai ing.
Health Tips
quick progression can be detrimental
