Excruciating pain in my penis

I felt an excruciating pain in my penis . For last couple of days I am experiencing erectile dysfunction. The pain was so much that I woke up from deep sleep. I am 40 years old and have just started working out. To lose weight.1 am 85 kgs and 5'7" tall. Bit worried. My working hrs are very unusual.have to get up at midnight and go to work.
