Excruciating pain during sex

Hello, I am having excruciating pain during having sex and watching me suffer my partner doesn't compel me. Since we are newly wed I am afraid this would ruin our marriage life. Please suggest me a good way to overcome this. Or am I having sum serious issues please advise me what to do.
