I have a job that involves 10 - 12 hrs of seat work. This has caused excessive pain in my shoulder muscle and neck area. They are very stiff now. The pain in mornings is worse, a little movement of neck and shoulders make me feel every muscle inside.
It further starts making me feel dizzy and weak.
Please suggest.
