Excessive saliva, body deviates left
My father has diabetes n BP, from last 2-3months it's very difficult for him to move his body while stepping out from bed (Like to move his lower body) whenever he eats he automatically deviates to left side, excessive saliva passes, back pain, swelling in legs (only if he walks in shoes, now he is at home so no swelling) Don't know the exact issue..consulted ortho as well, some are saying ortho prblm , ortho dr said saliva n deviation is neurological disorder. He has taken so many pills till now nothing worked out.. Also wanted to know is it age effect as he is 62, or anything serious?

Consult with a doctor
Online now
Mam, As per details provided by you, it seems to be a stroke, which is most possible in your father as he has, diabetes and hypertension and also old  age ( 62 yrs). I would suggest you to take a proper consultation as he needs a detailed evaluation and investigations. Better would be In person consultation but if not possible go for online consultation.
Next Steps
thank you.
