Excessive pain in abdomen

My girl friend is having severe pain in abdomen at the time of her period. And her menstrual cycle is quite irregular. Back pain is also been told. Is this a case of pcod? What should i do to manage the case?

hi the condition is called dysmenorrhoea which has nothing to do with pcod or irregular cycles. you can consult doctor perhaps get oc pill prescribed if there are no contra indicatione because it will take care of pcod as well as dysmenorrhoea with additioal benifits as well like reducing incidence of ovarian endometrial colonic cancer ectopic pregnancy ascending chlamydia infection or tubal blocks.
