I have been addicted to masturbation. This started when I was in my college and eventually got addicted to porn as well. I am a out going and have many friends. But I have been living alone from a long time. There are times when I don't do when I am running very busy.
I have been doing this from 7 - 8 years. I have experienced consistent hair fall over the period and now have a grade 3 baldness on the crown and a recceeding hairline. The have read enough to believe that there is a connection between them and can relate to it. Baldness is not a genetic problem in our family
I had a couple of questions
1. Current frequency is once a day. Is this excessive?
2. At times I have pain in my knees and lower back. I guess this is related to it
3. There would be a number of side effects this would have had on my health, what medicines or medication I should be on. Any multi vitamins I need to take?
I would really appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance
