My wife use mtp before 10 days for abortion at this time she is suffering for excessive leukoria and some time mild pain in lower abdomen what I do....?

Consult a gynaec. If she is having  temperature it could be alarming as well as it suggests an infection. If not then  do a sonography pelvis and consult a gynaec.
