Excessive hair loss

Asked for Female, 20 Years

My hairs are thinning and the hair gets detached from the root itself that is i can see the white bulb. I was also diagnosed with female alopecia stage 1. What should i do? Hair shaft is very dry and i can feel the breaks in between them . please help n reply asap :)
