Dear patient, You’re experiencing excessive gas with mild upper abdominal cramps for the past 2 weeks after eating outside food. Since there’s no vomiting or bowel disturbance, this is likely a case of functional dyspepsia or mild post-infectious gastritis. You’re already on Razo D, Cizaspa, Sucralfate, and Buscogast, but as there’s no improvement, here’s what I recommend:
Next Steps
1. Diet Advice: • Avoid spicy, fried, outside food, dairy, and carbonated drinks. • Eat small, frequent meals and chew slowly. 2. Continue for 1 more week: • Razo D – once daily before breakfast • Sucralfate – 3 times daily before meals • Cizaspa – after meals 3. Add (if not already started): • Simethicone or activated charcoal tablets – for gas relief 4. If symptoms persist: • Stool test (routine & occult blood) • H. pylori test (urea breath test or stool antigen) • Upper GI endoscopy (if >4 weeks symptoms) Don’t take any medication without consulting **
Health Tips
Seek immediate care if: • Vomiting, weight loss, black stools, fever, or loss of appetite occur Most cases settle with conservative care. Follow up in 7 days if no improvement.

Consider probiotics, activated charcoal, simethicone. This combination works well for most of my patients who have symptoms like yours. I would be able to help you better over a consultation session.
