Sir, doctor prescribed me systane ultra. 20 days occurred. But till now no benifit gain. What should i do. I am also on psychiatric medicine.

Drug usage, including tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), monoamine oxidase inhibitors, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), benzodiazepine and derivatives of dephenylmethane, is one of the affecting factors of tear film production so may aggravate dry eye like trifluoperazine
