Excessive dark facial hair

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have dark hair around my chin and side burns. I get my periods regularly at an interval of 30-33 days. I had huge acne problems but now i don't breakout much. Mostly around my periods I do get a breakout or two. I am beigish skin tonned and I want to consider getting laser done. I am concerned about it's effectiveness, sessions required and approximate cost per session. Thanks.
