Excess urine due to std

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have problem of excess urine sometimes very dilute and clear urine. After marriage my wife got same issue. Al blood tests negative. Any std could cause this? Only observation is I developed some yeast infection . Can this cause excess urine. There are days when it is normal.
