Excess burping,discomfort
He has been burping continuously for the last few days. He is not able to keep down food and often throws up. Complete loss of appetite and had a fever yesterday. Prior to that, he kept having issues alternating between loose motions and constipation.

According to Ayurveda his Apan vayu is pushing upward instead of downward movement and promoting upward movement of udan vayu , which causes vomiting, burping, reflux..etc. You need to consult nearest ayurvedic doctor and take "Basti" treatment.This will help you a lot.
