Every month suffers from fever, cold

My daughter is 18 months old. Since last 7 months, every month she suffers from fever 102+, cold and cough. Which lasts for 5-7 days. We have given her homeopathic as well as allopathic treatment but none of them working for her. If we ask for blood test doctors refuses to test blood and always says she has a viral fever. How she get infected by viral fever each and every month? What will the possible causes of regular fever and cold ? What are the possible treatment?

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. Children are very prone for infections till 8 years of age. Just give a healthy,balanced diet and relax.
