Esophageal/Squamous carcinoma
Patient is suffering from blocked esophagous due to squamous carcinoma, Very weak, Not able to take even watery fluids, She has received 15RT under palliative. After 10RT, she was much better. cancerous mass was reduced to 25%. But now has residual disease as told in last endoscopic report.all endoscopic reports, biopsy and ct scann reports are attached herewithin. Please suggest us the sequence of possible treatments, for feeding tube, chemo, surgery..to sustain feeding.

As per your question, patient is at terminal stage. How much time has passed since palliative radiation therapy? Now the intention of treatment should be to make patient comfortable and pain free. You can go ahead with naso gastric tube or feeding jejunostomy for feeding. The later one is costly and needs surgical procedure. Palliative chemotherapy can be given if patient's health permits. I could not find any attached reports.
