Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fistula. Usually surgery is advised for Anal Fistula. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of Fistula after surgery and other complications like stool incontinence etc. However; Anal Fistula can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment.
