Hi Doctor
I used to have healthy sex and good erection, but since few years i am facing erection issues and even while being intimate i do not get erection.
And this is very subjective i do get good erection some times but mostly it doesn't even erect at all. Even after trying it doesn't. I do consume cigarettes but the quantity is limited i am regular but not a very heavy smoker i smoke 3/4 cigarettes a day and on very few occasions more than that. While masturbation and while watching porn i do get erection but while in an sexual relationship i don't get it easily. Also when I masturbate sometimes it doesn't erect properly. I work in night shifts and also don't have any medical history. Even if i take medicine such as Megalis or Manforce it doesn't work properly sometimes. It gives me anxiety. Can something can be done for this as this cause embarrassment a lot of time.
