Erection issue. Doc said it is nrml?

Incident: I have mastrubated roughly with my hands before two years.i)Issue: After the next day of that incident my penis 1)shrinked(now it is normal)   2)foreskin got thick,loose,lost sensation and felt numb(same at present). 3)And there is no erection occurred normally without mastrubating. ii)Morning erection: Yes but getting partial errections and feeling week at the root of the penis. iii)Consultation(urologist- doctor 1): -Tests done: No tests done -I have consulted the doctor in 2018 and he suggested viagra and gave some other medicines and i have not tried viagra but had the other medcines he gave but It was not cured.And then i visited the same doctor again but he said there is no problem (no tests done). iv)Consultation(urologist- doctor 2): I am still suffering from this problem and i have visited another doctor and he suggested me to take manforce and asked about the result. Result:Got errection but not as before and feeling less strong at the root.Doc said it is nrml
