Erection and ejaculation PAIN.

Asked for Male, 22 Years

The past two weeks, my penis has been hurting, particularly in the middle on top where I feel a bump/lump. When I get erect it hurts there and when i ejaculate it hurts ten times more making me not wanna even be sexual. Please help.
