Erectile problem
I did masterbating 3-4 times 3 days back and after that my penis not able to erect properly.
I have mssterbated earlier as well but This is the first time its happening to me.is this problem??

I don't see any abnormal in your case. After masturbation, one may not feel aroused as the sexual energy is low. Resulting is that there lack of desire for masturbation and hence erections may not happens. For Erection to occur one has to be sexually aroused.
