Hello.......Causes are usually medical but can also be psychological. Numerous prescription drugs, recreational drugs, alcohol and smoking can all cause erectile dysfunction....guilt,fear of intimacy,depression,severe anxiety are the psychological causes.. Consult psychiatrist.
