Erectile dysfunction randomly
I am 27 yrs male , recently married two months back. I can't fully erect if I try sex everyday. I achieve full erection if I wait for 3-4 days. And sometimes I can't hold erection while having sex and I lose erection while changing sex positions. Although I get morning erection everyday but it's not erect enough to have intercourse. There's no fix pattern to this , everything happens randomly. Sometimes everything is normal as well.

Hot, spicy foods containing chillies or cayenne pepper trigger endorphins, the feel-good hormones. Endorphins have a powerful, almost narcotic, effect and make you feel good after exercising. But go easy on the lamb, pork and mutton and the high-fat, creamy dishes served in many Indian restaurants.
