Hello,
I've been masturbating laying on floor since i was 9 (22 years old now). I masturbate till i get ejaculate and i think i am addicted. One day when my penis was erect, i bent it forcibly. My penis is curved now even on erection and there is wound or scar inside which hurts on touching it. My libido is high but i feel frustrated and depress as i am not getting erection for long time. It is curved and soft. Will this prob affect sperm counts and its quality? Should i stop masturbating to prevent further injuries to penis? Is this gonna affect sex life with my future wife? What's the treatment available for this? I sometimes feel throbbing pain in penis back, scrotum and testes, it also itches sometimes.

Hi..... Masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life.
Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities.
