Erectile dysfunction. An andrologist!

Few years back i was prescribed minoxidal and finast for my hair fall problem. As time went by i started having issues with having normal erection. I had met an andrologist regarding this issues and had asked me to stop finast i had been given L-arginine powder for a month after which it was fine for a few months bit started experiencing the same so went to another doctor he suggested me to get a penial doplar test done. I did the test n the reports came out to be normal so the doctor gave me androgel and s film for a month after which i felt normal for some time but i am back to where it all began. I would like to know is there anything that i could do to increase my libido and to stop having issues like this in the future. I have stopped finast completely but use minoxidal for my hair problem. Pls do help as i am still young
