Asked for Male, 33 Years

Tried to concieve, period was 12 days late but after two days a clot passed and after a very light bleeding.. i went for sonography and it was there at the report written:- hypo echoic area in right adnexa adjacent to right ovary ..no foetal pole sac n cardiact activity seen exophytic ovariann pathology..and my beta hcg count is 439..i am so worried what it is ...i had light bleeding for four days and some blood clots also
