Epidydemal cyst

Hi...Im Surya I have an epidydemal cyst in my scrutam on the left testicle from last 5 years, it reached its maximum size and stopped growing, there is no pain. Varicocele also present in my scrutam. will it be any chances of getting infertility in future? should i have to take any treatment for this? Please suggest me.

Epididymal Cysts normally do not require any treatment. And are unlikely to contribute to infertility. Varicoele can contribute to the same. It might be prudent for a Urologist to see and decide whether anything needs to be assessed beyond what you have done.
