Epidermoid frenulum cyst

Dear doctor How to treat this? Based on the pic it was identified as Epidermoid cyst on the frenulum.. How much would frenuloplasty cost - at least the avg cost? Is there anyways to treat this naturally or without surgical intervention ? And would it be a problem if I ignore it and jerk off or have sex with this condition?
