Enquiry of rice water for toddlers
I have 2 daughter 1 she is 3 and half years old and weight 13 kgs she demands for rice water daily and rejects milk can I give rice water instead of milk to her 2 she is 2 years old and weight only 9kgs she rejects food can I introduce rice water to her also

Rice water is just diluted carbohydrates.
Next Steps
Add pulses, ghee, vegetables in rice. Give yoghurt, cheese if no milk

Firstly only rice water in itself is not a wholesome nourishing meal. It will give only carbohydrates. You need to include proteins (egg,paneer,tofu) fats(ghee etc) and leafy greens and vegetables. Beyond 1 year of age milk can be restricted to only 100ml / day. Even if a child rejects milk, he is not losing out on much if he is being fed other nutritive foods containing calcium and fats (eg. paneer, dry fruits etc)
