Looks like “genlube e/d -(2) 1-0-1” i.e, two drops twice a day. You can however purchase any over the counter lubricating eye drop, as long as chemical composition is same, brand names hardly make a difference.

It is just a lubricant eye drop genlube. Also even after resolution keep an eye at the symptoms developing again.
