Enlarged lymph nodes
I’ve been experiencing enlarged lymph nodes in both armpits for about a month now. Saw my pcp and they gave me antibiotics, and it went away but has now come back and is much worse. I’m exhausted, I can’t even shower without feeling the need to rest.

Hi, You should get an FNAC done. If there is pus coming out then you may send it for gram stain and culture. If there are other symptoms like weight loss and loss of appetite then you should also get a mantoux test and a chest x-ray, cbc, esr. Based on proper history further management can be planned.
