Enlarged liver
I had elevated alp= 210 U/L SGOT =45 U/L SGPT =47 U/L And my ultrasound showed mildly enlarged LIVER. I have digestive issues whenever I eat any fatty food as my stomach gets bloated very much and there is a lot of uneasiness in my belly after even taking a bite of fatty foods. What can be the issue. Please help

[ ] Altered Liver function , typically the liver enzymes dearrangement is seen in many conditions.This mostly happen if there is any other ineffective pathology already present in the body. SGPT/ SGOT also raised in Alcoholic / non Alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). A through evaluation needed which includes a Ultrasound of abdomen, Hepatic viral profile ( Hepatitis B and C typically). Get evaluated and this is reversible.
