For 2 mm polyp and small gallstones less than 5 mm, regular follow up is enough

Fatty liver is a diet and lifestyle related problem. Its treatment is diet and lifestyle changes. LFT SHOULD be done.  To rule out liver function derangement. Gall bladder stone and polyp treatment depend on many factors. But if both are there surgery is recommended again depending on many factors.

She is overweight by 8.kg. Fatty liver is one of the indicators of Overweight. Weight reduction will help her to resolve this issue. Gallbladder is having Stones & Polyp. If she has symptoms due to stones, then gall bladder surgery is the best option for her. Otherwise can weight. Get USG after every 6 month to see size of polyp ( not the stones), if it become more than 10 mm, then it should be removed, else it may turn into cancer. Till than you can be assured.
