Enlarged Fatty liver
I am 33 years old obese female.. My weight is 105 kgs.. I had routine USG and found out I have enlarged fatty liver.. But I have no symptoms or problems.. My doctor asked me to eat Ursodol 300 every morning before breakfast.. Do I really have to? Is it necessary? Or can I simply lose weight for a healthy liver? Please reply

Yes. You should take Ursodol. At present you don't have symptoms but as the disease progresses you will start getting symptoms. You have to lose weight. You have to take Ursodol. Fatty liver may be a cause for liver failure.
